Just a rant about my gym!

ok...so around here bodybuilding and strength comps dont usually happen very often cuz i live in corntown usa...anyways...so there is this bench comp last weekend and it was posted at my local gym on the bulletin board BEHIND all this assholes advertisements for shitty supps ....then...later in the week he takes it down......i was like what the f@@@!!! i asked him y and he said nothing. this guy does not promote anything for the sport or for people to better themselves as far as athletic ability or overall health and fitness.....i am tired of his shit !!! fuckin prick!! fuck you BOB!

another side note....u should see these guys that come into the gym and ask about supps like protein....they ask the front desk girls and they gladly show them to the most expensive shit and these guys buy it.....i mean these girls dont even workout let alone know anything about protein or creatine.....

and the sad thing is, dumbass guys will buy anything from hot girls just to have some sort of interaction with them
