I am so fucking tired of being tired. I am so glad I don't have anyone around me now because I would light them up like a fucking christmas tree. Their are just days when you feel like you have to kick the shit out of someone. Knowone specific but just anyone now. I am fed up with everything. Work is keeping me so fucking busy that I don't have time to breathe. I am tired of listening to profesional athletes bitch about their lives and how bad it is. You give me a multi-million dollar contract and I will bust my ass until I die. I really wish I had someone now to spar with so I can just let all this anger out. It is not a lift day today but maybe it could be. I had one patient I made special arrangements for so I could fit them in and they don't show up this morning because they overslept. FUCK YOU>>>>>>>>>ASSHOLE. I will not make arrangements again for you. Then to get your fat ass mom to call me to see if I will work on the fucking weekend. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I AM. DISNEY WORLD................ I have said what I needed to say for now. Sorry if I offeneded anyone.

By the way you guys doing well:D
 
Working third shift, I understand the whole being tired thing....
My wife made a comment to me the other week that she was tired because she only got about 9 hours sleep.....I rarely get over 5 hours
She even told me last week that she hoped I didn't get "mad" at her for complaining about not getting sleep and that I was probably "used to" getting no sleep at all.......................how in the hell can you ever get used to NOT getting enough sleep?
and she wonders why I walk around like a zombie all the time...

Damn bro I hear you. I am the same way with the sleep thing. Usually about 5 hours is a good night for me. Fuck, I wanted to sleep in for just one extra hour today but my wife had to work and the baby got up earlier than usual.
 
Same here....if I want to go to the gym on the days she works, I get to sleep for the duration that the kids nap in the afternoon and that's about it - usually about 3 hours or so....sucks to be me sometimes
 
I would but I just had 2 diet cokes and 5 slices of meat lover's pizza.....time for a shake now..lol

WHAT? I'm bulking for chrissakes

I can't seem to get to 250 again dammit.....stuck around the 240 mark although I look bigger than I ever have

Wanting to hit 260 or so by winter's end

Figure out a way to get one good nights sleep, at least 8 hours, and don't feel guilty about it. Think of it as a perscription for sanity. I worked third shift for years and would get the same way after so many days of not enough sleep. Best way to recharge the batteries was to get a good nights sleep and find a way to chill for a day. Do something different - read a book, go for a hike outside in the fresh air. Wife might have to agree to take the load for that day, pretend like you are gone or even better - get the grandparents or someone else to watch the kids for a day and let the wife chill out with you. Might help even more.

One bad thing about this country - we try to fit too much into every day - plus people who are into fitness and lifting don't want to miss a workout, etc so we add additional stress to our already hectic days.

thanks guys for all the fantastic replys. I am feeling better. I just had to vent a little. I go out of my way to help my patients and when one takes advantage of that it really gets to me. I had an athlete coming in today. For me to fit him in I had to cancel some important things I needed to do. Well he didn't show up and then called to try to come in later. I just don't have a later. I booked four weeks in advance. Oh well. Can't help them all. As far as getting 8 hours of sleep. Oh how I wish. Since it is now football season my time is spent with that. But thanks anyway for the advice. But really I am much better now.;)
 
just join me in killing a bottle of whiskey tonight, we'll both feel better
 
Rad I got a deal for you, you help rehab my back and I'll be your punching bag anytime you get stressed, Nothing like taking off the edge like hittin the matts for an hour. P.S. could we hook up Sunday morning to start my rehab ??? LOL J/K !!
