Great post, bro! I've got my results from 9/16 in front of me now. You saved me some legwork today. This definitely needs to be saved to a permanent location because this is very important information.

BTW, after being on for 4 months straight (with about 7-8 total weeks of dbol), my GOT/AST checked in at 54 and the GPT/ALT was 62....some slight elevation, but nothing critical. My creatinine was 1.6, so we're gonna run a 24-hour urine excretion test to make sure my kidneys are ok.

I think that the hepatotoxicity (liver) of steroids has been overrated while renal toxicity (kidney) has been underrated.

very nice. But you are saying that Testosterone, Total: 260 - 1000 ng/dL is acceptable. 260 IMO would be way to low for a normal man...

Just a point of clarification RP, I am not saying that 260 is a good number for me or any bodybuilder. Remember, the ranges given are what Quest Diagnostics says are the extremes for a "normal" guy.

BTW, my number was 788ng/ml during my cruise period (using only 300mg of Prop a week) :D

numbers

wahts the dfference between testosterone free and weekly bound and the testosterone total number?

also - on fsh and lh numbers - should these be expected to come back at the bottom of the range after 12 weeks off?

I checked out my last one from 3/03 opf this year after a 14 week cycle and 12 weeks off before this test and fsh and lh were at the bottom of the range - actually - like barely low out of the range -

free test was squyrely in the middle (555) and total test was towards the low end - like 386.

what has everyone else come in at after being off?

how long does it take for these to ramp back up more?

I used hcg and then clomid after the last cycle. did not have sex problems after- but of course it was not like it was while on.

FSH should be low to non-existent for men. LH should be in the range above once off cycle. I too am low on LH now, because I'm shut down and on cycle still.

Free test is what is free to bind to androgen receptors and be used in a bioavailable manner. Bound Test is testosterone that is bound to Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). Bound test is NOT bioavailable, and thus doesn't help you grow until it gets unbound. Total test is the sum of these.

Takes me about 6-8 weeks to fully rebound after a long cycle and a heck of a lot of recovery meds.

Good luck,

DrG

Nice post bro, why don't you copy/paste it and put it in the edge also. I'd do it but you deserve the credit.

low lh

should you still be at the bottom of the range on lh after 12 weeks?

also - what is your recover med cycle? I am about to come off a 16 week cycle.

As most people know on this board, I am a big fan of HRT for men. I feel that a test level of 400-700 is to low for me. I feel best when I am in the 900's. Not only does my lipid profle look better but I feel better. As far as HCG goes. I feel it is a must to use throughout a cycle. You are only cheating yourself if you don't use it properly. IF you wait until the end of a cycle to use it, you risk loosing the precious gains that you have worked so hard to put on. You will feel better as well and the postcycle therapy meds work more efficiently.
