From what I can find Clen comes in 20mcg tabs not 2.5mg pills. The research I have done suggest ramping up from 1- 20mcg tab until a max of 5 tabs per day(100mcgs) are obtained. Stay at this level for 4 days then ramp down for a total of two weeks. Take two weeks off then repeat. If you calculate the total tabs in 30mls it is about 180 tabs if each tab is 20 mcg. So this would be quite different than how pudgy is doing the calculations.
It all depends in how YOUR body responds to Clen- In some past cycles I have gotten to 160 mcg max for 5days(tabs) I am currently using the liquid and I really get too shaky above @110 mcg-
