First of all, let me say that I am a big fan of QFS' PGF2a Gel. THat stuff rocked all. I was eating pretty poorly on my first run with it, and still managed to significatly improve the appearance of my chest. If this product is half as good as the PGF2a Gel, then its well worth the money.
I am not on any special diet as of now, but over the last few weeks I have begun to clean up my diet slowly and surely. So the QFS Helios should benifit from a cleaner diet. I have also been on and will be on T3. I am using the helios on my midsection (belly and love handles).
I just received my pack either Friday or Saturday. I applied it once last night to see how I would react to it. I had a slight itch, felt a lil buzzed (like a light caffiene buzz) and felt hot, especially in the area applied.
This morning I made it official. I applied about twice the amount I did yesterday and god damn is my skin itching like fuck. I am also sweating balls and the area around the application again feels especially warm.
This whole sweating/warmth thing is a positive sign i think, as it indicates the clen and yohimbe raising my metabolism.
