High volume ab work

Bro's

Cutting at the moment, and wonder what the feeling is about doing high volume ab work eg 1000 crunches everyday ...I am 8 weeks out!

not good, like any muscle they need time to rest, i wouldn't go more than 2 days a week.

maybe switch things up and do heavy weighted exercises for your abs on low reps, that works well for me.
