Problem with glute shots

I started at 167 natural now I am at 205-210. My problem is that I have never had any pain or problems with glute shots. Now that I am bigger, I am having a hell of a hard time reaching back. I am moving the needle alot wich is not good. I have done leg shots b4 with no problems. But, for what ever reason. Now that I try a leg shot. I get the needle half way in, I get this horrible pain as if I am hitting a nerve. I have tried different spots but no luck. Shoulder shots are out of the question. Any one know what I am doing wrong? I am not a newbie but not a vet either.

I think it may have to do with the amount of times you hit one spot....i abused my ass and my quads and I have paid a great price...I destroyed a large amount of fibers in my leg and ass....I have resorted to using my forearms.....it could also be a number of other things but I think that what I just mentioned nobody else would....just trying to give a different option....

ok this is one of those things where you either have to get someone else to help ya like your girl or best friend or get over it !

best of luck !

this was no flame ! it is just one of those things where you have to do it

Why? They are so easy to see and get to. Chest and quad are the same. I think inner thigh would be off limits for me, and neck as well. :D As long as you have enough muscle tissue to carry the load, you should be good to go. Avoid inner leg and arm areas, as the arteries run in those areas more than exterior areas of appendages.
