anybody know of a good over the counter medicine i can use for acne on my chest? i guess i'm sensitive to that side effect when using juice....i'm on 100mg of eq every 4 days...damn acne never goes away...i have those falufa brushes and i scrub like mad in the shower...still there...need something stronger now to get rid of this crap...tried a lil bit of hydrocortisone on it and it has helped a little...anybody have any experiences with this and have fixed this problem?

B5 has helped me, do a search on

Pantothenic Acid, it worked for me.

My friend went to Mexico and he got me a gel called Differen. But, ofcoarse everything is over the counter there.But Oxy10 is the only other thing I can think of. good luck

Any thing with benzel peroxide works for me, clean and clear purple tube.

The B5 has been amazing for me. I have accutane on hand if I need it but the B5 is awsome. If I slack from the 5gm/ed I will be seeing achne soon ...Get back on track and take it right and it all goes away.
GNC has a quick release and Vitamin world has a time release. I take 1 of each at every meal 5 meals a day.
