How important is stretching?

I know the quick answer to my question is "very important", but in terms of bulking with AAS or GH or IGF, how important is stretching and flexability.
As a bodybuilder and AAS user, how much do you focus on it? Just enough to avoid injury? Is it possible to focus too much on flexability and end up wasting your time? Any other thoughts on the subject?

stretching does the same thing as lifting weights , it tears muscle fibers down. To a much lesser degree obviously. It also warms them up in that very same sense. It creates space between muscle cells and flexibility of tendons and ligaments. Its all good no bad. Since your muscle cells only enlarge after puberty and not multiply the more space to grow the better. Of course igf-1 is an exception to this rule because it causes new muscle tissue growth as well as gh . However i cannot think of one single good reason to not stretch a muscle every time your gonna train it , be it cardio or resistance training.
 
It also stretches the muscle facia(covering over each muscle belly) allowing your muscle to expand at a greater rate.
