Same problem here bro, also from Europe. They said it didn't go through custom. I'm kinda worried because that stuff sounds so fragile... It might be spoiled by the time it gets here... If it does.

I talked in depth to them about both your situations I can only guess it was you we spoke about Raoul because they only had 2 outstanding orders from Europe and I am confident they have this worked out and you will be squared away very soon. If not just like I said to Toploader please keep me informed and I will help you. They are great guy's and are not purposely attempting to keep you waiting but customs is nothing to mess around with and getting it correct is a one time chance for someone like them.

Yes Choke03, I sure know it's not easy to get stuff through customs, especially from the US! And I'm sure they're doing their best. I'm in no hurry either. So thanks for the update.
