from juiced to natural?

I was wondering if you juice for a couple years and decide to go natural, does having used gear before give you any advantages?
What I mean is would you be able to build to higher plateaus than if you never used before?

I went natural for 6 years after juicing for a while. I didn't see any better gains than I had before I started juicing. If anything the gains were harder to make.

It can work both ways, Say you used gear a few times, did it correctly and went from 190-220 lbs and kept the weight. Would you have been able to do this without juice?

Yes, you have a big advantage! Juicing increases androgen receptors. I don't believe these go away. You see a lot of true naturals complaining about the "born-again" naturals in comps and this is the arguement that they present.

Sure, it would just take longer.

I got it

Im gonna warm up the old flux capacitor and take a spin in the delorean and I'll be back with an answer:arcade:

Ok, this is the way it was explained to me. So if it's wrong don't shoot the messenger!

Taking AS will increase the androgen receptors in your body. These are the "things" that test and other AS bind too. Afterwards, you are left with elevated count of androgen receptors. So even when you go "natural" you'll get better results from your lower "natural" level of test compared to the same person who never juiced in the 1st place.

Again, don't shoot the messenger if it's wrong!

This is not a given-There is NO WAY you can say sure 100% of the time which it appears you are implying. Sorry but have to agree to disagree here...

From personal experiance (natural to user to natural for 8 years) I have to buy into this theory. I was a hard gainer as a natural, did a few cycles and went up to 218 from 160.

Now 8 years later it only takes me about two weeks of eating and training right to get into shape.

I used to have to eat protiene 24 seven to gaine a pound now I'm lucky if I get more than 80grams a day.

I realy do believe that the body does make permenant somatic change after AS use. I think that they major reason that less is said of this that after AS use most athleats just are unable to notice changes that don't involve 10 or 20 pound gains all at once.

Im young, but im still making gains 3 months after my cycle. I keep putting about a lb on every 2 weeks. I think that your diet and what you do in the weight room determins how much stronger and bigger you get.

I have less then one hour intense work outs, im in and out. Make sure my body gets enough protein and the right amount of sleep and your primed to grow
