Joined a new gym after 9 years

After having some differences w/ the owner of my gym of 9 years, I decided to recently join a new one much closer to me in Philadelphia. I have to say the change is wonderful, even though I have to sneak chalk on my hands when deadlifting heavy. The atmosphere is much more positive and the staff as well as the trainees are very friendly. Maybe its just the change that makes it so great, but I think my gains may improve due to my change in mental attitude in the gym.

Which Philly gym is the lucky winner?

hear ya brother, distractions are a workout killer, people dont realize what the right enviroment can do for your workouts.

I recently changed gyms also but I went from a large chain health club that I got a cheap rate on from work to the local Gold's.
