t3/Clen question !!!

Bro's

I have been running t3/clen for the past two weeks, with another 5 weeks to go.Currently at 40mcg t3 and 80mcg clen (which seems to making me cough like crazy) - would like to crank this up to peak at 80mcg t3 and 120mcg clen.Should I be splitting the doses or just take it all in the morning as I have been doing?

When i took it i split it up into 2 even dosages before 1pm. It worked great for me and was a lot easier to handle then it all at once. :)
 
Split your doses up unless you really like the shakes....I ran up to like 220 mcg and didnt get shakes it was fun and some good stuff!
 
i wouldnt run clen for 7 weeks straight. i would run it two weeks clen, two weeks a thermogenic like stackers for two weeks then two weeks clen etc. this keeps your body from adjusting to the newly introduced compounds (i.e. clen and stackers) and also keeps the from suppresing your adrenal glands, not to mention it makes your stuff last longer.
 
I agree-The way to run Clen is 2wks on/off something like this:
Day 1 20 mcg
day 2 40 mcg
day3 60 mcg
day 4 80 mcg
day 5 100 mcg
day 6-10 120mcg
day 11 80 mcg
day 12 60 mcg
day 13 40 mcg
day 14 20 mcg

Take 2 wks off(run ECA during this time) then start over
