What ways are there to increase natural Test levels

Depends, anti-e's will work to some extent. Maybe as high as 20%. That comes no where near a cycle, btw.
 
well im not looking for things to take, im just wondering, i know roids are the best. But there are things that people can do just to make their body more efficant
 
Sure I know a way. Its a highly experimental drug that most people doesn't think work, but really does. I has been shown to increase testosterone levels(1), increase growth hormone(1,3) and IGF levels(1) as well as insulin sensitivity(1,2)!!!! Its called FOOD!!! Great shit!! :D Other than that....couldn't tell you unless your taking pills or shots.

Overeating increases your test levels - yes. This is why the pros I think get so big off-season, they don't enjoy being fat asses, but they now how anabolic overeating is.

For some reason i dont think they just eat alot. they use other stuff for test, if not GH

I am just wondering. Like a few things i have heard, it that if you squat, you will get a higher test level.

Now im not sure, but i know roids are the best. but im just looking for rumors. Im really bored

I agree! :D However I think that testosterone levels alone only get you so big...a combination of other hormones, growth factors whatever are needed after awhile. And I think that the increase in food intake helps with that hormonal increase, that and I think higher protein amounts are need too get big than most people eat....obviously the amount of injected and swallowed horomones helps too! :D But seriously what else do you want to increase test naturally? Taking a protein/carb supplement after you workout increases insulin sensitivity I think, you could try that. Using more volume (3sets vs. 1set) increase anabolic hormones post-workout. (1) I would stick with eating enough and working out hard!
