How to tell if you digest all your protein

Hardly a Newbie
I never have gas, i really dont know if i digest it all or not. But i take over 300grams a day easy. And i never seem to fart or anything. Im just wondering.
 
I fart ED no matter what. Some people say "man today I'm having gas". It would be a miracle if I said "man today I had no gas". The only difference is the farts stink really bad and are more frequent during high protein intake. Anyways I'm sure I've grossed enough of you out so I'll shutup now. I'll prolly get banned for this one,,,lol,,,jk,,,bigjosh
 
Why do I continue to click on posts about protien. I know someone will be posting about thier stink or bathroom visits.:D

Man i'm exactly the same. it would be nice for ONE f'ing day, to not have gas, let alone the minimum of six trips i take to the bathroom. I always take in a lot of protein, so i'm not sure about the smell factor of my gas or shit. it all stinks. :) i hope you enjoyed reading this, i'm gonna go take a......

I just figured it's the protein powder and eggs...but then I'm Italian and judging by my family, it's very natural.
 
Your size, 300 grams a day is too low. Of course you're digesting all of it. You need more big guy! (Spoken like a true protein ho).
 
well i dont know if I can eat any more, i eat every 2 hours, no more then 3 hours between feeding.

Yesterdays consumtion of protein

3 shakes
1/2 gallon milk
2lbs deer meat, no fat in the meet
2 chicken breasts
10eggs
protein oatmeal
protein pancake

How many grams in each of the shakes? 3 scoops would get you up in the 70-75 range. That would be 210-225 right there.

Now instead of eating 2lbs of deer meat, eat 2 deers instead. Saw 4 walking through my back yard yesterday. Only 1 made it out. Yummy!!!! Oh I mean, damn coyotes!

Egg Whites instead of eggs. You can buy them by the half-quart in the dairy section. Pasturized too, so just open the carton and drink it down Rocky style. Should draw a nice look or too also if you do it in a public place.

Like the touch with the oatmeal and the pancakes....
 
i only use whites, i think i have 3 yokes in the complete huge egg. I try to get around 350 a day. I think i get bout 200-250 in my shakes so its not very hard for me to do. 3 chicken breasts and 10 eggs im right there

Truthfully, right now cutting it's about 350g. Total calorie intake is about 2400.

When I bulk, it's 550-700 ed. Gotta have it. I get powder delivered to the house in a big barrel. I order 50 lbs min at a time. Then I also get some speciallized powder for post workout. Typical bulking meal when calories seem low on a given day- 3 McD's dbl-cheeseburgers! They've regretted lowing the price of those to a dollar a piece.
 
well i dont think i can affored to eat that much. in college its hard to get as much as i do.

i have eaten 6 dbl in one sitting though.

So what type of protein do you order in 50lb drums. I only get these lil ones in 5 lb tubs, wish i could order it cheaper, and more at a time. since i go through 10lb a month at least
