i Check in in the morning and after my WO in the afternoon, as well as at night (my time zone & yours! )

Simple answer. YES. Yesterday I was like My eyes are all sore I think I need to get them checked and my gf was all its because your on the computer all damn day.

I read, study, do housework, stop and check the board(s)....

Always check in before I leave for work. If I have a long drive it is only for a sec, but I always do.

I check PM's and injury forum every morning to see if anyone is haveing any problems I can help with. Also I like when good jokes are posted so I can start off the day with a good laugh. Other than that if I am by the computer I check in.
