This question has probably been asked a hundred times and the answer is probably somewhere in the board but if I were to look any longer it would take away from my cardio and this week my cardio consist of half hour of banging the old lady so I can't be late for cardio!!! J/K
Anyway do you have sweatshirts and if so do you have different colors, I would buy more than one but not of the same color. If you do have them how would I go about paying you with a credit card.? Maybe these questions will help out newer members to the board as well as myself. Thanks

I'm trying to figure out if I know you well enough to tell you that 3 minutes, then 22 minutes of "recovery", then 5 more minutes doesn't count as 30 minutes of cardio

No, I probably don't, so I better not say anything!

Al you are close, SEE what I do is 28 minutes of staring at my wife while cupping the carrot and then 2 full minutes ( I don't short her by only going like 1 min and 40 sec, A FULL 2 min) of hard ass banging , J/K Thanks for the extra minute you through in there I am sure she will enjoy it , now if only she can handle it !!!!

a booth you mean? or do you mean both? not sure of the question but AC isnt realy a place to set up a booth for this fight, and our girls will be there giving away shirts and visors

Sorry for all the ssss's I was typing and at the same time my old lady bent over to pick up a quarter I had put on the ground ( works every time:moon: ) and heck my finger wiggled a couple of times!!!

Same here bro 100% in the gym then it's smokin n jokin time. Live every day like it's your last.

About the mailbox well I'll see what I can do but if my quota is down for the week just look in the front yard it'll be there somewhere scattered along with the bills,magazines and what not.
