Ways to keep your diet & excerise plan on track:

The simple list......

* Schedule workouts
* Excerise with a friend :D
* Weight train to help tone muscle
* Keep a training log
* Keep your workouts interesting
* Eat small meals throughout the day
* Reward yourself
* Visualize how good you'll look and feel
* Use a fat burner...if choose....

Simple little things that we know but sometimes forget & may help..... ;) Good Luck....
