Trying to get a contact for a show in Philly!

Anyone know of a contact to get the application for a show in Philly (P.A.) on May 1, 2004 ( I think it is may 1) The shows promoter is a Reveren AKA. The pumping preacher... Does anybody have any info on this or have an Idea. I am not sure if it is a sanctioned show however it is a Natural Show if that helps.
Any direction in this would be appreciated.
