i was the guy in highschool that looked at a weight set and bulked up. but nowi can't seem to pack on any solid muscle. My body fat % is 28 i'm 5'11' 228lbs. I can loose 15 lbs in a week lifting and running but my body fat % goes up to 30. I am wondering if anyone has had any success using legal suppliment. and if so what they would recomend.

BTW: Loosing fat without excessive muscle lose is a balancing act between diet and exercise. If you post what you are currently doing, responses will be easier to make.

Also, loosing more than 3 lbs of fat in a week is a hard. If you are loosing 15 then it's mostly water. Water is measured on the non-fat side of the bodyfat percentage. That's why your bodyfat goes up. Screw the bodyfat measurements for a while. Either go by a tape measure or even keep it simplier and use how well your pants fit- at least for the 1st month!
