Ok, here we go, I need sound knowledge ; that of which can be broken down into laymens terms.

The subject: Clomid

Clomid is a female fertility drug !

When some men come off a cycle they take clomid. They take clomid so that there own bodys will again produce testosterone at there body's ability.

Question 1 : What happens to jump start the body. Why does a female fertility drug make the male body produce test. Does it trigger a gland in the Brain ???

Question 2: How long after someone takes clomid will there test levels be back to normal ?

Question 3: Will clomid make your body produce more testosterone than normal (eg. Say your normal free test level is 400 will the clomid let your levels get to say 600)

Knowledge is power and I will be greatfull for any power I may receive . Thank You

My turn:

1) It stimulates the production of LH which is the starter signal for test production.

2) Varies from person to person, but I'm betting on 8-12 weeks before they get back (if at all) to where they were. Test levels maybe in normal range after 4 weeks but if you ever saw the scale it is very W I D E !

3) If your normal free test levels was 400 consider yourself a god. Clomid will not have much of an effect on total test unless your test levels were in the crapper to begin with. There are checks and balances. The 1st cutoff switch in test production is estrogen. If you raise natural test then more of it would convert to estrogen thus sending a signal to make less test in an attempt to keep estrogen under control. Now if you want to add an anti-e to the mix then you can raise total test, yielding more free test and lowering estrogen. Now this is nothing to get real excited about but to a life-long non-steriod user (I didn't say natural because I do believe clomid, and anti-e's are still against natural federations rules) it may make a difference over time. The best you can hope for is a 20% increase in total test with a reduction in estrogen.

Hope this helps- LA
