My friend and I have argued about this for years. The only reason I cant seem to get my point across is that he is a national level competitior and I am not. He says all successful BB do juice 3 weeks on 4 weeks off. They also never do more than 500mg test in the off season. He says they all rely mainly on food and insulin. He says no one that is not national level should ever have to take more than 250mg test in the off season. The thing is that he is so adamant that it is hard to present facts to the contrary. He is also a superheavy!

I think your friend is mistaken. I can't speak for everyone but he may not. Some I know for a fact take such large amounts that an elephant would get gains.

Well...he may be wrong, but if he's a national level competitor and his methods have worked for him then it's going to be pretty tough to argue your case.

My case is it works for him. But he is not everyone. I have several friends that are notional compeitors and they use more than your fiend that's all I am saying .

I know where you are comming from...My prep guy is a hard head mofo....he wont listen to a think I say...he thinks he is always right...

I dont like the 3 week on 4 week off thing one bit..no time for the body to adjust to the new weight...

I agree. Not everyone. Just have someone who is a national level say to the contrary. That would prove him wrong immediatley. As long as the person is telling the truth.

I agree, if it works for him, that's great. That's greater than great. But with Rad's post, that should be enough.

What test is he running? With Test E that wouldn't work at all. I know a guy who says the same thing 4 on 4 off. Unless you only run real quick juice most of the stuff won't even kick before your quit

Yeah I am sure all the pros run suspension in the off season most of the time...

I am going to give it a try in the cycle I am running right now...see if it does what they say it does...

wouldn't hurt to give it a try, I guess. But just because one thing works, doesn't mean something else doesn't

I agree, If it works for him, BUT he says that Im killing my gains, and increasing my injury risk?! He doesnt know anything about esters. I just caught his dumb ass drinking suspension. I wonder how people with so little knowledge can get so far. Im no genius, but I do have a B.S. from FSU in Biochem. Ive got a bit of practical knowledge as well. Just wanted to check and see if the scientific BB world had left me in the dust and I just hadnt picked up on it.
Thanks all.

it's not going to work for everyone, and will probably only work with a high dose short ester like prop & fina.

sounds a lot like dogcrap's theory of cruising.

Yeah it is dogcrap's theory..I dont like it...What is the reasone behinde it...I also tried his from of training and that did not work eighter..I really dont see how it could work with anyone..

I don't know much about test or other preformance enhancing drugs but i do know that what works for one person doesn't nessisarily work for the other .

I like dog's training theory, but i don't think I'm ready for his cycling yet, doesn't he reccommend 1-2 grams of prop a week + fina?
