I am on a cycle of test and deca. I want to come off in four weeks and then take some stuff to bridge. Clen, creatine and whatever else. When I come off I don't want to use anything for about 6 months to a year. Help me keep my gains!
 
The best way to keep gains. Increase food and protein. Do not overtrain. BCAA's before and after workouts. REST, REST, REST, EAT, EAT, EAT.
