From what I've read people are saying to start out with 10 grams of carbs per IU of slin postworkout. To me that doesn't seem like much.
After my workouts I always drink 100 grams of carbs in the form of dextrose and 20 minutes later I drink 45 grams of protein from a whey protein shake. About an hour later I eat real food and try to get about the same concentration of carbs and protein along with a couple tablespoons of olive oil * credit goes to LA for the olive oil idea *
If I was to use 5-6 IU's of slin should I cut my carbs back to 50-60 grams ? And is Dextrose a good source for these carbs when using slin ?
If I decide to use slin it won't be until I've done a few more months of research about it. It really seems like something that could screw you up pretty easily if not used correctly and I'm going to know what I'm doing with it before I start.
