A good place to start would be to find a study using migf-1, then in the methods section look where they got there materials from and they should state what company they used to purchase migf-1 and you could start there.

The mIGF which you're salivating over isn't something any company is going to sell you. This is because most of the research has been with mice who were genetically engineered to have an overabundance of mIGF.

The method by which mIGF is being introduced into muscle cell experiments and mice (later humans) not bred for it, is by a combination of gene cell therapy and stem cells. Various methods of administration are being developed, including the possibility of a virus which could deliver the gene to stem cells grown in the lab, and those cells could be injected into the body.

Therefore, you won't be buying any from anyone for a very long time.
