whats up gang,,,ok ive been working out off and on for about a year. im wanting to get really cut and a medium size build. im 5'10" and weigh 180.....can anyone help me out on telling me wich ummm how should i say this,,,medacation i should take...lol...to help me achieve this....thanks guys

80% to gaining size is diet. How many calories do you eat? How much protein?

How often do you train?

What does off and on mean?

Do you mean that you're considering taking steroids when you're not fully dedicated to the gym?

age?
 
give us some more info

you may want to hold off on the AAS until you have maintained your training for a little longer than a year. You still have some natural growing to do.
 
Welcome to MC....Like everyone else said post up some stats. It may be too soon to start AAS if you haven't been training consistantly for that long. Concentrate on your diet and training for right now and ask questions. We're here to help.
