Instead of 12 egg whites

I picked this up on another board and have to thank Goliath for it. Try buying a 16oz. carton of Just Whites and some sugar free Tang. The just whites are about $1.80 and the tang is 2.00 for 3 packs. Mix 1 carton to 1 pack. It is really good even though it is raw. Nutritional value:
Carbs-0
Fat- 0
Protien -50
This is a great breakfast for people going low or no carb. You can add a little flax oil to up the calories and fat a little.
 
it would be more cost effective to get pasturized eggs and separate the yolks yourself. but the ease of pouring them in a glass is priceless
 
i eat 12 raw eggwhites each morning with a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of milk and juice.

it tastes like milk (the pasterized stuff) and goes down easy. less of a mess to clean up I just toss out the carton and I'm off
 
And what is it called,? available at the local local grocery store? more info will be appreciated thanks
 
I buy eggwhites that come in a half gallon just like milk and I just pour the amount in a bowl, put the bowl in the microwave and the whites are cooked. Alot easier than cooking in a pan. I'll add some salsa to the eggwhites or just pour pepper on them.
 
I go with getting the real deal and separating the eggs, more cost effective. And, that egg white shit is nasty! Because it is pasturized I would rather drink it uncooked, when it cooks up it's like eating caulk or rubber. Just take it like a double shot to save time.
 
I love the past egg whites. raw or cooked they are good as hell. I mix em with OJ sometimes, so tang might be good too.
 
The Nutri Sport where I live has a superstore and I buy it there. It's fast and gives me no excuse not to make a quick breakfast that is healthy. With some salsa or pepper on it, I think they are edible. I learned how to stomach quite a few things ie flaxseed oil over salad when I started working out.
 
it sounds like a good idea for those of us who are holding down family life, a commute and a career along with our training... I normally eat my eggs yolk and all but I imagine while cutting it would be better to go with just the whites.
 
Not a bad idea at all...bowl of oatmeal, and 50 gram of eggs with OJ would go down nice for break fast....
 
i usually just put 3 reg eggs with 4 egg whites out of the carton, some chopped ham, and turkey bacon together with some tabasco. in the pan maybe 5 min. on some wheat bread....awesome...lota protein.
