liquid or powder

powder with alkaseltzer bro, turns it into an effervescent creatine, the alkaseltzer works as a sodium buffer which in turn will leave less grit left in the drink after mixed and they say it will absorb up to 30% more thus making loading not needed

Thanks for the tip! I have a friend that just got this creatine serum and he claims to have higher energy during his workouts. This seems more convenient to me than powder. What do you think about servum v. powder in this regard.

Thanks

only tryed it once when it first came out years ago, and it tasted like shit , im sure it has been perfected since then but im not sure about effectiveness

I tried the serum as well some nasty blueberry taste I didnt think it worked that well. Phosphagen XT eas is the best stuff I ever used and I have tried them all.

I heard the serum was shit. Creatine isn't stable in liquid and degrades rapidly. So the serum is probably much less effective than powder creatine.

Your friend is probably suffering from the placebo effect. lol.

I couldnt believe the size i out on, granted alot of it was water weight but it wasnt subq water but it was in the musclebellys if that makes any sense to anyone, anyhow it was very very good and my strenth went through the roof as well,
