Hi! I'm CC's wife. After meeting a bunch of you at the Reality Fight in AC last weekend, I thought it would be fun to join. I work out pretty regularly and ride my road bike for cardio. My goals are to gain some muscle on my 5'8" frame now, since I recently lost about 16 pounds. CC is a slave driver in the gym, so I don't think I'll have any problems gaining the muscle that I want!

Anyway, hello to everyone!

Thats my lady and best friend of 12 years married and going strong.
Maybe I can get her to let me post a few pics. She looks great and is very fit. - Great sixpack - I love abs on a lady.

Welcom SuzyQ! Ironically my wife just registered here this weekend also....I think this is a great way (the board and fitness lifestyle) for couples to do things together.
