cardio and winny

i know this is about my fifty seventh post on this but how much cardio and diet should i implement to this cycle, i take in about 1.5 to 2 g's of protein a day at 200lbs and around 50 carbs a day what should i do on the cardio end? I wanna get lean as shit so gimme the numbers, thanx fellas!
 
you can mix it up

jog
sprints
jog/sprints combo
spinning
tae bo

30 minutes sessions at least 3 times per week

I recently read a post here that 75-85% intensity burns the most fat, with that said, I would suggest the jogging and sprint combo or even walking and sprint combo 3 times per week

you can get a good thermo (Ultimate burn) from Schwartzlabs.com and rotate that with clen from lab-corp.com
use clen for 2 weeks (ramp up) and then use ECA for 2 weeks, and so on

keep your diet clean, incorporate the above, and there's no way you can't drop fat lab-corp.com as well
