hello everyone :)

i'm new here and i have a few questions, maybe someone can help me.....

i have a girlfriend who has done a few cycles of winny and she loved it....i personally have never tried anything, and after talking to her for a while i was considering trying winny and/or anavar.....i dont know which i should try or if i should even try anything at all.... i am scared of the virilization side effects that i have heard might even occur after a low dosage of 2mgs of winny for only 2 weeks......help please

thx :)

Welcome and I would have to say the anavar would be a safer choice for you, also you might want to post thisin the womens fitness section and if u use our search button up top and search for anavar, winny under the female fitness forum u will find alot of information im sure will help you make an educated choice

hiya big

i dont have a specific goal.... i know for sure i dont want to gain size...i guess what im really after is getting more defined, seeing cuts, etc.....

then diet will supercede both of those items, you should not do either is basicaly what im saying and stick to a good clean diet, just my opinion though

How long have you've been training for?
What is your diet look like?
Have you tried ECA's or Clenbuterol?
Do you do cardio? If so what kind and for how long each day?

AAS should be considered only if you've hit a huge wall with advancing in your training. This is especially true with women seeing as though they can potentially experience bad side effects with the use of AAS.

Agreed!

Maybe if you need an added boost try an ECA or even some Clen.

You might think about clen.Go to lab-corp and check it out.
That will help with fat loss with out the androgen sides.

hey bigger

i have been training now for about 3 yrs and i have seen a huge diffrence from when i have started, of course. i do cardio 2 to 3 times per week for about 1 hr each time, weight train 3 times a week total body....my diet is not the best, i do watch what i eat though....my problem isnt really losing weight, i dont want to lose weight. i am 5'7 121 lbs., what i really want, as i mentioned above, is to get more defined and cut without gaining any size, which i guess is not very realistic.....
