ampule openers/ opening

I have been looking around for amp openers but all the ones I've found are from med supply companies who need a credit card which I don't want to use. Are there any independent/middleman guys who accept western union or something like it. Also is there a way to open ampules without and ampule opener? I'm open to any suggestions of easier, less expensive ways to do it. I read on European site to use a hand held DIY saw/file. I went to home depot and they gave this hand held glass cutter than didn't cut shit.

I just score the top of the amp with a file and click it comes right off.

bro use a bic pen cap, the kind that the pen itself is white and the cap is the color of the ink. they work great.
slip it over the amp to the desired depth of the neck,wrap a washcloth(clean) and bend with your thumb, you should hear it snap. do it quickly to avoid glass falling inside.
if you get glass use a small pin to withdraw the goods. smaller the less chance of glass going in, also inspect after withdrawl.

if you still need one I have one laying in the storage from the good ole days.. worked OK.

this method works fine.
