anti-histamines inihbit muscle growth ?

does anybody know if anti-histamines inhibit muscle growth or have any info on them. anti-histamines like periactin. cause i find that when i take them i seem to still be stiff from my previous workout !

There is a ton of info out there. Interesting enough there also several articles that were sports or BB related referring to periactin causing an increase in appetite, also that it could be used as a muscle relaxant.
