does anyone actualy use distilled water anymore

just curious as my wife is going to use spring water this week to water load I wanted to know who still uses distilled, i used it my first show ever and i couldnt get a pump to save my life,lol

I've tried it both ways and to be honest didn't see any advantage to using distilled. Spring water is sodium free and thats whats most important. Also it's easier to get down the high amounts of H2O with spring since the distilled is basically tasteless.

I still use it and have my clients use it (during no sodium days on thursdays and fridays) BUT it probably wouldn't matter. I use it as an old school 'insurance' type of thing. It certainly won't hurt to have it in there so I keep it in.

I would say no to distilled water, i personaly hate any kind of electrolite manipulation...don't cut the sodium, don't increase it, let the diuretics do their job...XXL
