Favorite Shoes

Doc Martins for leg day. I kind of like those "slippers" made by Otomix, but Doc Martins tend to be my favorite Butch shoe.

sneakers

I usually always wear Nike..I never have any problems with them..others that I have tried made my feet numb during cardio!!

All my sneakers are nike...with the exception of one pair of New balance that are awesome!

6" Platforms. Especially when doing squats... Ok not really. But sometimes I expect to see some of the "butterflies" in the gym wearing them. I swear I have seen some pretty strange attire in my gym.
