M 1-T

I have a question about the method in which to administer M 1-T. some people have told me orally, some told me transdermally. which is better? if it is orally, do you just drink the liquid? if it is transdermally, where do i find instructions to convert it to creme.

Why would you go transdermal when it is 100% bioavailable? Methylation makes injection or transdermal administration unnecessary. The only dissadvantage of 1-MT oral is the stress it may put on the liver. This is true of all oral compounds.

that is why i asked, i have heard diff. things and i am justing looking to learn. thx for the input. as far as damaging the liver, as long as lots of water is used, anyone should be ok.

but still, i am not clear, as far as the liquid form on lab-corp, it can just be drank? byitself, or mixed with something?

thx

Haven't used Lab Corps but I would assume it's ready as is . I have heard that the regular 1-T can burn somewhat as 1-T is an irrittant. Not sure if the same applies to 1-MT. I think its good to go though.
Also, water will not provide major protection if any at all. You may want to look at milk thistle for this. Use reasonable doseages.
