List off the foods that help you get to your protein goal.
The Dennison's 99% fat free beef chili has 22 grams a protein per servings and there are two serving in a can.
I also like to eat lean lunchmeat from Costo. Ham and Turkey, not too much fat and decent grams of protein per slice. Sodium is the only worry on this.
Something I learned about milk. 1% milk has the highest protein count. It's 11 grams per serving I think. Whole, Skim , and 2% all have less. The only one I use other than 1% is skim because I don't really need the extra fat.
Of course protein powder
At Costco you can get these Protein bars, 24 of them for 19.99. I think they're called Protein Plus or something. I don't have any on hand which reminds me I need to go shoppin'. Anyway, they're 31-32 grams of protein per bar. They come in a white box.
Yes, albacore tuna is the way to go also.
Chicken breasts obviously.
What other suggestions do yall have?
