* Enjoy your food slowly-it takes about 20-30 min for ur brain to tell that your body is full

* Add some spice to your holiday dinner- Some spices can help increase your metabolism

* Chew sugar-free gum- Instead of sncaking on festive cookies chew gum and you'll burn about 10 calories per hour.

* Stay far from the food table- The nearer you are , the more likely you'll be to binge on the goodies in front of you.

* Avoid sleepless nights- Get lots of rest b/c you'll want to be refreshed for your workouts. (haha)

* Snack smart- take some protein bars with you to satisy that sweet tooth.~ order some bars from realdealnutrition and have them handy for snacking......
 
I saved my eat anything days for thanksgiving day. For the last three months while I am training Ihave to eat high protein and clean. My bodyfat has to stay lean. I give myself 1 day a week to eat anything I want as long as I eat good the rest of the week. I saved up 2 of those days to make 1 day for thanksgiving..LOL
Thanks for the advice SM, I will try to keep that in mind while I ravage that warm pumpkin pie with ice cream melting down the sweet crust hhhmmm <----drooling LOL
 
you lucky americans get two turkeys within close proximity to eachother. bastards:finger: i have two wait over 2 friggin months in between turkey!!!!!
well i guess if i really wanted turkey i could buy it.

I don't like your suggestions SM. Are you trying to ruin my fun?

1. If I eat slowly all those other pigs will gobble up all the good stuff before I get to it. I prefer eating quickly and get as much down as possible before it's gone.

2.No time for spice must eat (see #1)

3.I like festive cookies gum will only inerfere with my eating ( see #1)

4.If I get to far from the food table I won't be able to get more that my share of the festive cookies ( see #1 and #3)

5.I will sleep...All the tryptifan in the massive amounts of turkey will ensure I'm out before half time of the Green Bay Detroit game.

6.Protien bars will only interfere with my binging on festive cookies ( see #3). I need as much room as possible to pack in enough food to make it a successful day ( see #1).;) :D
