sir, yes, sir. had a great workout with heavy squats and snatches and straight leg deadlifts. now i'm ready for some football. they don't show the packers game over here, but i will be able to catch the cowboys and fins.
I worked out on the T-day also. Added cardio in for just 30 min after the workout also. Then I layed the smack down on all kindsa grub. It was ugly Back on the straight and narrow today though.
Yes I did train. Mostly my bicepts and tricepts from reaching across the table for food and then pileing into my mouth. My jaw muscle got the best workout though.
