RESEARCHKITS?????????? need help

I ordered from these guys on 10/17 and still haven't received. I sent amny an email to finally get a reply about two weeks ago saying my order would be to me in two days. Still again, I do not have my order, which I was charged for in Oct, and I am also not receiving any replies to my emails. Can someone help me on this one? Does anyone have any information on what's going on? All help is appreciated. I have never had problems with them before.
