Is it me or does "sus" give you alot of strength at first during your workout, then plateau, and then you feel fatigued as hell ?
I'm on my 4th week of a 10 wk cycle and feel whooped. What's up with this ? Eating like the horse that I am and gained 16 pounds in 4 weeks! Any suggestions ?
 
Maybe....
fatigue is from going to the gym mornings, class in the afternoon, then work from 4pm-11pm (?), and working the bar on Fri and Sat til 4AM?!?!?!?!?!?! :rolleyes:

I have a Th, Fr, Sat, & Sun workout schedule.
Th- Chest & Tri's
Fr- Legs
Sat- Back & Bi's
Sun- Shoulders & Tri's again

Getting 7-8 hrs of sleep, averaging 2800 cals (300-325g protein,
250-300g of carbs & 85-130g of fat), and 8 hrs a wk of cardio
in the BR.

Any comments?
