ouch....don't know if it's from a pin or if i bumped it. last inject was 6" away from this.

Ouch....That doesn't look good. I've gotten bruises from injections but nothing like that.

yeah, i dropped a 120 lb dumbell on the top of my thigh a few months ago...did the same thing. i have "high" veins. they must bust easy.

That's a nasty ass bruise....I remember I got some bad bruises like that the first year I played football...lol.

Dude, you loook like you might have a mild forme of hemophilia. Check it out with a Doc. Doesn't look good.

I agree with the others, go get it checked out to be safe, unless if you let that 120 lb dumbell free fall for a couple of feet then land on your thigh, if that didn't happen I would see a doc.

i had one of those that was even worse than that....i pulled a muscle in my leg and then the next day it was a big purple spot covering my entire back side of my leg..

sorry for the long time between updates. i work 12's on the weekends. saw lots of docs this weekend...it's in my job desciption. it's a tear in the quad. the bruising is from ass to knee and side to side...the whole hamstring! the pain is ok. unbearable at times, but ok. rest, ice, copression, elevation...as with all injuries. time is my friend. 4 weeks and i'm good as new!

still walking with the pimp-daddy walk...i'm cool!
