I am currently on
750mg ew of test enth
600mg deca ew
.25 of Arm ed
I'm 4 weeks into a 6 week cycle.
I was gonna ramp up T-3
like it was suggested on another post

"12.5mcg for 5-7 days (optional but recommended)
37.5mcg for 5 days
75mcg for 15 days
50mcg for 5 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5 mcg for 5 days"

That will take me to the end of my cycle.
I'm about 215 6'0
and about 16% bf

Thanks

Does that sound good?

The only way to truly balance T3 catabolism is to run some AAS with it. If you had to run just one roid with T3, Tren would be the best thing to run with it, since tren is probably the most anti-catabolic roid. Plus the added fat burning effects of Tren will only help you! Test Prop is also good. You can get away with running 400mg of T. Prop a week and a full dose of T3.

my bad, reread your originaly post...with what your running you should be fine. Just dont expect any more gains :)

Gotcha, thanks
but what are we talking bro?
3%, 5%, 8%,?
Any ideas?
I mean is is gonna be worth it?

Still to much of a wide open question.

-If you're training HIT 3x / week, working a desk jockey job, eating 6000 kcal / day, 200g protein / day, and doin' no cardio I wouldn't expect to lose any fat.

-Make that a 400 g protein / day, eating a total of 2800 kcal/ day, training 2 on , 1 off with mod volume, cardio 5 x / week HIIT for 15-20 min and you could lose a shitload of fat.

Looks like about 7 weeks of T3. Going with 2 lb of fat loss / week (this is A LOT), and that you maybe gain anothe 5lb of muscle (GREAT considering the fat loss) and you've gone from:

215lb, 34lb fat, 181 lb FFM

With the above guesses, you'd end up at 20lb fat, 186lb FFM, and 206lb --> ~10% fat.

Just guesstamates of an ideal situation.

Frankly, I would use ECA before I would use T3 in this case.
