Stupid Question.....

I need to get new sneakers now that the puppy has pretty much stopped chewing on them.
My question is, what type do you ladies usually get? Running? Walking? Aerobic? All Purpose? Or do you think there really is no difference?

My wife really likes sketchers. She on her feet all day and she seems to think sketchers are the most comfortable. Shes wore em all too!

krl (can I call you that?) I feel like I already know you :D

The cross trainer shoe usually have a bigger bottom that will give you more stability while doing things like squats in the smith machine. Also, I know you do a lot of cardio. I've got a pair of running shoes that make my feet fall asleep when I'm doing the elliptical machine. The other shoe is a little wider and should be more comfortable for you.

There's at least 3 sneaker stores in the mall closest you us which you should be able to find something.

i usually wearing running sneaks to the gym. I habe a pair of old ass New Balance...I just love them!!

Overlook my name, but Nike Shox are the most comfortable sneaker i have ever owned. i have been running for over 15 years and i even wear them to cross-train and lift weights...i alternate between 3 pairs, replacing a pair every 4 to 6 months. if you work out every day, you should have two pairs...especially if you do impact exercise (it takes over a day for the cushion to bounce back to its original shape)....put those sneakers with a cute pair of low rise shorts, and you are good to go!
