two questions about bulking

Do any of you do cardio while bulking if so, how much and how many days a week. Also, does anyone here take amino acids and are they worth it? thnks bros!!
 
I try to do cardio 3x week for 15-20 minutes just to make sure the heart is still beating. I take a multi that has aminos in it. I the old days we used to take so much aminos that our urine would turn floresent green.
 
The pont of bulking is to bulk..People who start think about cardio while bulking are the people that want to find a way to add muscle while cutting fat..The only real way to do that is use gh or something else along with other things..
 
keep cardio too a minimum. Try keeping it seperated from your lifting and if your bulking make sure to consume carbs and protein both before and after. And dont overdo intensity or lenght
 
and if your eating enough natural protein and supplementing with whey......you should be getting all the aminos needed

waste of money....IMHO

dont believe in going above 10 % while bulking , basically start off at around 5-6 % bf , totally depleted to get a rebound effect so to speak ... when u get to around 9-10 % , stay there for a while and get back to where u were and then go again ... thats what i have done for the past 2 yrs .
