Not sore after working out.

1. When I have been pushing hard on a particular muscle, there are times when the next couple of days don't have any pain at all... What does it mean? I bust my a$$ every session I do but sometimes I am not sore and other times I can get a bit sore.

2. When your muscles have stopped hurting after training (e.g I trained Bi's 1 day ago and they are fine now), does this mean that they are ready to go and be trained again?
 
Change up your routine a bit. your bady adapts very quickly.
Use different exercises, high weight-lowreps or vice versa. Or if you are doing chest for instance, switch the order around, start with incline first instead. Anything to shock your body.....Good luck
 
keep changing up your routines, don't do the same thing each week, maybe have a few different workouts that you can use when you train each bodypart.

for example, have leg workout that's heavy weights and lower reps, but do each set and each exercise to absolute failure. then the next week use lighter weights and do high reps (20+reps), but again do them to absolute failure.

try this approach on your workouts and i guarantee you'll be sore and more than likely puke!!!
 
also bro it doesnt mean ur not growing still just because ur not sore
