1. When I have been pushing hard on a particular muscle, there are times when the next couple of days don't have any pain at all... What does it mean? I bust my a$$ every session I do but sometimes I am not sore and other times I can get a bit sore.
2. When your muscles have stopped hurting after training (e.g I trained Bi's 1 day ago and they are fine now), does this mean that they are ready to go and be trained again?
