Ripped as possible in 3 weeks..

What can I do to get as ripped as possible in three weeks?
Diet and excersise wise... I know it's not a lot of time but what can be done in this amount of time?

Take 50 mgs of dbol for the 3 weeks ED. You wont keep your gains but you'll be a bit more pumped. Watch for bloat too.

Come to think, depending on what it's for, it's probably not worth it.
 
Ripped as POSSIBLE?... This would put you knocking on death's door, so I will decline to answer.

You can diet, do cardio and take an ECA, but besides that you are not going to get ripped in 3 weeks. Next time give yourself at least 8-10 weeks to cut up.
 
you wear the bags under your clothes so noone sees them. and it is done. ive seen some of my wrestling buddies going around all day at school in snow suits to loseweight, and they have dropped like 10 pounds in a day.

Since you are natural I would not recommend you do this...as for the UNNATURAL such as myself, with only 3 weeks notice I would say screw the cuts...pump up the volume on some a-50, test suspension, and maybe some hcg too...hell go there looking freaky ..too late for cuts... get big , hard and freaky-you'd be suprised at how many females are into that too.... but for someone nat ural definately a no-no....

I know what they do I just got a funny picture in my head when you said guys wearing garbage bags. lmao.

That 10lbs is all water though...the only thing that would be good for is weigh in's. It wont make you look any better.
 
you're not gonna get freaky off a-50 or suspension in three weeks and you won't get ripped in three wks. my suggestion is go ahead and use the bags under the clothes when jogging in the morning. also swimming and racketball (i think thats what it's called). jump in an aerobics class. that shit is hard if you do it right. whatever you do. good luck.

In my opinion someone in reasonable shape that is natural probably will not benefit much from trying to get cut in three weeks-it would take some serious calorie reduction and cardio and then it is goodbye muscle tissue.

My suggestion for somelike myself that runs a moderate amount of gear(usually test and tren) definately makes some serious changes by adding a 3 week blitz of a-50 and suspension. I have done it before-these 2 compounds act very quickly(esp. the suspension) and a-50 is unsurpassed in protein synthesis-and the hcg is good for a 2-3 week kick of your natural test anyway. No it will not turn a pencil neck geek into a hulk in three weeks. But a guy that is already cycling-hell yes it will make noticeable differences. I have been there , done that bro....
 
Run 5 cc's of Kynoselen everyday and 9 caplets of ucp-1 for 2 wks. Then quit the ucp-1, which is usnic acid, lcarnitine and pyruvate, and add eca or clen for last week. The fat will freaking fly off. Kyno also has the added benefit of helping you stay vascular even while dieting.
 
pushing the envelope when natural wil lead to more LBM loss than fat loss likely, unless you have superior genetics in that department

if ya want to go for it though use a keto w/EC (and anarcahy stack if ya have it)and lots of morning cardio and then the last 3 days carb up carefully

does your clen have keto in it? otherwise I believe most go with a two week on and two week off with the clen

not saying it won't work for you of course; i just haven't seen anyone post about anymore than 2wkers without keto.
 
No it doesnt as far as i know. Brand name is "Ventolase" sent from Spain.
I used it for 6 weeks straight while Training to run the london marathon. I shed a shit load of BF.
You think i'll be better doing 2 n 2 off ?
