You are sick.... I don't look forward to squats...... unless I am on a cycle... then I can bump the weight up and go really heavy and that excites me...
I have never been a big fan of Squats..not becasue they are the best for over all mass but because i have real bad knees and i have 2 herniated and 1 slip disc...i have found that leg press's and semi-squats to be very good instead of full squats...You can not beat what regular squats and what they can do for you..wish i could squat with the best of 'em........yea right...LMAO !!!
I love squats too. Of course I do them a little differently than most (train westside) but nothing beats the bar bent around your upper back with some heavy weight on there. Good luck KidRock.
