So what is this thing you weightlifters call "cardio"???
Naw,, really tell me and whoever is reading this thread what your typical cardio workout entails.
Do you do cardio before lifting? After lifting? On different days than lifting?
How long does your cardio session last?
Most importantly, what do you do while cardio-ing?
What time of the day are you doing cardio?
Me, if you care to know, I warmup on the bike for about 10 minutes - then hit the treadmill. I run about 2+ miles or so in my 20-minute routine. I am going to be adding sprints at the end of the 2-mile run.
I always do cardio after a workout. I workout and cardio 5 times a week. This is generally late at night, around 10:00pm.
