Muscle Chesmistry has become my home after trying a few boards in the past and they have seiced to amaze me on there knowledgable reps and members- you all have helped me threw alot of crap!!

I have learned alot about training-diet and supps!!! Have also got turned on to soem great companies like Lap Corp who will be in my arsenal for myentire prep.

I am starting my diet this week!!! Will be starting slow. I am currently 5'7" 1/2 and weigh 245 at around 15%

The pic is from my first shwo I won back in April of 2002 and this year Skip promises to make my shape at that show laughable compared to this year- I hope to come in as a light heavy

Also want to thank Presser and Mc for turning me on to Skip- I would never have won last year without them and will not be able to win thsi year without you guys-

Congrats buddy. Haven't talked to you in a while. Both of us competed I think 2 years ago and then it seems both of us fell off the map. Hope the prep goes well and Im sure Skip will take good care of you!
